We’re looking for a talented Paid Growth Lead to join our small team of experts at Flywheel. If you’re the right person, you understand that great advertising online is performance-based, and that performance is a function of strategy, creativity, and technical execution. You’ll work directly with our sophisticated, high-growth clients and be responsible for the full scope of executing ad campaigns, from planning through to reporting. SENIOR FACEBOOK MEDIA BUYER/SENIOR GROWTH STRATEGIST

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital media buying experience (Facebook, Google, etc.), direct response/DTC marketing experience, experience with remote working softwares (Monday, Slack, Basecamp, Google Meet, ClickUp, etc.), and it would be even more amazing if this person has past agency experience and/or previous experience working at Facebook or Google in a technical/account-facing role.

Ok, so what would a person in this role actually do? You would manage a book of clients, review ad account performance, make ongoing optimizations to improve results, serve as primary client point of contact, act in a coach/advisory role to other team members, develop standard operating procedures, and aid in the development of client relationships, among other job duties.

These open roles would manage paid media account ops for 5+ clients (think, Google Ads and Facebook Ads), manage a small-to-medium-sized team of paid media specialists, manage client communications, and manage all account tracking/reporting.

You would be the best Paid Media Account Manager if you have at least one year of customer acquisition experience with B2B/B2C companies driving data-driven, quantifiable results, with high-conversion funnels, if you have knowledge and hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, and other forms of customer acquisition, and if you are an expert at owning the whole process of building and distributing ad creatives.
