Drumroll, please... Entering Facebook Business Suite πππ
Facebook has begun to roll out Facebook Business Suite, a single place across mobile and desktop for businesses to access the tools they need to thrive across Facebook and Instagram (CAN WE GET AN AMEN?!).
Currently, Business Suite includes tools like posting, messaging, insights and advertising capabilities, improving the experience of managing a business across our apps. For the initial rollout this month, Facebook Business Suite will become available to small businesses that are not currently using Ads Manager for advertising.
To check if you have access Business Suite, log into the Facebook account associated with your business. Then, if youβre eligible, youβll automatically be redirected to Business Suite when you visit business.facebook.com on desktop.

Okay, maybe it will, maybe it won't, but when we heard our colleague Jason was using this one, we were pretty pumped.
A 5.2X of people who look like those who are going out of their way to bookmark your ad? We may have to try this. π€
Goodbye to Facebook's 20% rule
Quite a shocker. Why did Facebook change this? No idea. Is it good news or bad news? Jury is also out on this.
We tend to think it was helpful in keeping out super spammy ads, so not sure why it was modified but perhaps it's time to test, now that it's allowed again.
What really is "off-brand" ???
Dara has the best answer of the day - stating "If it's off brand, why do you think it's working?"
There's a disconnect between brand managers and performance managers. Many times, the economics aren't looked at as one and teams are competing. Find the common ground and assess what's working as a team - then move forward on deciding what's 'on brand.'

Cost caps going down, down, down...
Having a hard time lately with cost caps and bid caps? Don't worry - we're all in this together. Try 3-4X your CPA on a bid cap and same for cost cap - that's what seems to be working right now.
